Join me for a COVID SAFE long weekend at Flear House near Totnes. On the menu will be meditation, yoga, intention setting and plenty of Yoga Nidra and deep rest.

This Retreat is now adapted to the Government Covid guidelines and as such there will be no more than 2 households staying in one cottage, and everyone will have their own room. 

We have rented more cottages than usual and the yoga classes will be slit into small groups so that we can have 2 metres between our mats. 

A delightful midwinter retreat, to go deep inside, to explore winter's bounty in the countryside, wax lyrical by the fire and turn inwards. We have a chance to look back on what we have achieved and manifested during the light times with gratitude and awe. And we will practice cosying up to prepare for a winter of going inside.

A time to practice nesting, enjoying beautiful Devon nature and taking some lovely swims in the indoor pool, having massages, making new friends and using the steam room. Also chance to look around Totnes and the beauty of he Devon countryside.

Retreat starts Thursday 26th, come any time after 3pm, and . Retreat finishes after breakfast on Sunday. 

Food is no longer provided on this retreat due to covid restrictions and the cottages each have fully equipped cooking facilites for a delightful self catered event.
