Join me on my annual on this treat of a summer retreat happening in June at Shanticentre!!

This is about the best time of year for a retreat!!

Expect lots of nurturing as well as challenging yoga, with restorative, yin and myofascial release in the mix and accessible options for all bodies. 

Expect the most delicious vegetarian and vegan food and stunning nature.

And this retreat includes: 

👌twice daily yoga classes, 

👌2 trips out, one to the beach and one to our local medieval city of Atri, 

👌all use of pool, hot tub and sauna, 

👌all meals (except for our night out at the local restaurant), 

👌as well as airport transfer from Pescara or from Rome bus connections.
